PsiAN Acts to Preserve Wit v UBH

PsiAN joins the Kennedy Forum and other major mental health organizations in protesting the reversal of the Wit v UBH ruling. The victory in this landmark class action lawsuit held insurance companies to account and helped ensure that they covered the basics—treatment that met generally accepted standards of care. This ruling also formed the basis for new laws in California, Oregon, Illinois, and Georgia.
